Journey Through the Chakras

The Journey through the Chakras is a reflection of the journey of your body and soul.

In this two-day workshop, we’ll explore the seven major chakras, the wheels of energy situated along the spine that act as gateways between our inner and outer worlds and experiences. They make up our energy anatomy. They record, absorb and transmit information and energy. Your Journey is encoded in the chakras, that is your history, physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual, your potential as well as our biology. 

In this workshop, you will:

• Explore what it is to be human through your subtle anatomy.
• Understand how you influence and are influenced by the energies around you
• Experience guided visualisations to benefit your health and your environment
• Learn practical strategies to return to and maintain graceful flow and wellness

Fee: £125. Numbers are limited to 12 people. A deposit of £50 is payable in advance to secure your place.
