TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you book a place on a training course, you pay a deposit in order to secure your place. The balance remaining is paid on the day of your course if you pay cash or cheque or 24h prior to the course if you choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card (online via Paypal or Stripe) or BACS (by prior arrangement).
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend on the day chosen, your booking can be transferred to a future date. We welcome at least one week’s notice – emergencies are accommodated on a goodwill basis. 
As we only work with small groups, standalone Day Retreats, specialist or CPD workshops are payable in full at the time of booking to secure your place. These are non-refundable. Emergencies are considered on a goodwill basis, and your place may be transferable to another person or another event. 

If we cancel the workshop or programme, we will refund you in full unless you have booked and paid your deposit via a third party or partner organisation where their Terms and Conditions apply.
Training courses will run for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6 for Reiki – a minimum of 3 for EFT Mentoring and a maximum of 8. CPD and Specialist courses will run for a minimum of 6 people and and a maximum of 12. If you end up being the only person booked on a particular training date then the course will not go ahead. We aim to give you about a week’s notice if we need to cancel your course, We will offer you an alternative date.

Whilst travel, any accommodation arrangements and meal costs remain your entire responsibility, light refreshments are usually included in the course fee.

Where part of pre-course preparation is encouraged or required, digital materials will usually be delivered within 48 hours of confirming your booking on a course after you have paid your deposit. This is via electronic download. Similarly, hard copies (e.g. manual, booklets, notes) will usually be shipped within 48 hours of confirming your place, via Royal Mail.

You are responsible for attending at the time and date of your appointment(s). If you are late for a session we will do our best to honour your time but often will not be able to go over the time allocated for the session.
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the time of the session. For cancellations within 24 hours an alternative date may be offered. For last minute cancellations and failure to attend, you are expected to honour the fee due for the missed appointment. Illness and emergencies are accommodated on a mutual goodwill basis.
