Emotional Freedom Techniques - Workshop Information
EFT Level 1

This is a practical workshop for everyone.
Upon completion of this workshop you will be able to use EFT for your own issues (aches and pains or disturbing thoughts and memories) and with friends and family in a non-professional capacity.
Besides acquiring a working understanding of EFT, its history, development and applications, delivered in the form of presentations and discussions supported by a manual, you will also participate in practical exercises including demonstrations, group and supervised pair work.
I will give you an AAMET recognised certificate of attendance. This is the pre-requisite for Level 2, the next stage for your own development and/or to become a certified practitioner

EFT Level 2
EFT Tapping
A two-day experiential workshop fulfilling the AAMET Level 2 requirements. During this course, you will deepen your understanding of EFT, and explore in greater depth its range of applications and its tried and tested techniques and strategies.
Together we will explore:
- how to find core issues
- further ways of addressing physical and emotional issues
- how transform limiting beliefs (the Palace of Possibilities principles)
- how to introduce choices
- how to test results
- and what to do when EFT doesn’t seem to work
There is plenty of time set aside for practice in groups and pairs, and Q&A sessions.
Upon satisfactory completion of the course, the return of a multiple choice paper, three case studies and a one-to-one (free) mentoring/Q&A session (which can be taken over the phone), you will be awarded AAMET Practitioner status.
I organise regular mentoring days and support and development is offered beyond the two days training.
