EFT Level 1

EFT Level 1 is a one day foundational workshop to learn, experience and explore the possibilities of energy psychology and EFT, this amazing version of acupuncture without needles. This is an experiential workshop, and besides the Basic Recipe, you will learn shortcut version, and techniques that greatly improve the effectiveness of EFT. Following the guidelines set out by the AAMET for Level 1, you will have the opportunity to witness EFT results, but also to apply EFT to gain personal relief from some of your own physical pains or discomforts, cravings, and/or bothersome memories. Discover the wide range of physical and emotional issues where EFT is effective. EFT is a wonderful self-help tool, for everyone whether you wish to become an EFT practitioner or not. You will be eligible for an Attendance Certificate from the AAMET.
EFT Level 2
EFT Tapping
EFT Level 2: a two-day experiential workshop taught to the AAMET Level 2 Guidelines. Take your development to the next level, and deepen your exploration of the multi-facetted possibilities of EFT. You will learn how to discover and challenge the limiting beliefs that prevent your affirmations from working, and you from realising your true potential. There will be much practice over the 2 days. We will explore ways of finding core issues, of addressing physical issues, and methods for testing results, and what to do when EFT does not seem to work! We will also explore how EFT can be applied over the phone, and much more.
Following the course, and upon satisfactory completion of two case studies, you will be awarded a Practitioner's Certificate from the AAMET. Support is offered beyond the 2 days training.
EFT Level 3
EFT Level 3 is a 2 day Advanced AAMET Training. Pre-requisite is attendance at an AAMET Level 2 workshop.
